About Me

eyal: sydney, nsw, Australia; i am an experienced barista who find it extreamly frustrating not to be able to get a good cup of coffee on my day off. i live in sydney where there is a wie knowledge of coffee, but i see baristas making same and diffrent mistakes therefor i get bad coffees. so i put this blog up with my golden rules of making coffee. so if we follow the basic rules we will get a good coffee everytime.so i decided to write a manual and it became a big thing and time is my enemy. so i will try to to upload extract from it and feedback is welcome...needed. hope you enjoy and hopefuly learn .
